But the best part of choosing wedding cakes is the tasting time.  You will receive several different flavors of cake to try at the bakery or to take home with you.  Sit down with your partner and see which ones you like, which ones you hate, and which ones you think other people at your reception might enjoy.  Remember that you can always choose multiple kinds of cakes for your wedding tiers – and then everyone gets exactly the kind they want.
